Potty Training Day!

So I got potty trained this weekend. My mommy and I had a potty training bootcamp day. When I woke up Saturday morning there was a surprise wrapped on my toilet in my Mickey Mouse Bathroom. It was a doll that had all the same parts as me and he could pee pee in the potty! I named him "Baby" we spent the whole morning potty training Baby. We read him potty training books and watched a potty video. Sometimes he would pee pee in his pants and one time he poo pood in his pants, one time he even pee peed on the carpet I would put him on the potty and scold him pointing my finger in his face and saying "no, no, no, Baby, we don't go pee pee in your pants we go in the potty", my mom was trying not to laugh. By lunchtime he was successfully using the potty everytime! We had a party with mommy, daddy, and Kayl to celebrate Baby being a big boy. We threw away his diapers and Mickey Mouse even called Baby to congratulate him on doing such a great job. Then when I woke up from my nap there was another surprise on my toilet...it was big boy pants! I put them on and we started reading books and wathing movies all over again. My favorite book was "Duck goes Potty". I love the page that has a picture of the poo poo. I would hold the page up to my nose and pretend to smell it and then say "PU duck!" Mommy laughed everytime actually my mom says it was one of the funniest days ever. We drank a lot of little dixie cups of apple juice and I started using the potty sometimes. By dinnertime I was telling my mom when I needed to go potty and we had another celebration with daddy and Kayl. I was officially a big boy now... I threw all of my diapers away and Mickey Mouse called to tell me to keep up the good work! I haven't had an accident since, hooray!

Halloween 2010

This is my first Halloween that I went trick or treating door to door in my neighborhood. I wasn't shy at all! I LOVE trick or treating I wanted to get more and more candy. We spent hours this weekend going on walks and looking at Halloween decorations. I kept saying "lets go find more monsters!" I would look at the scary houses and make a scared face and put my hands under my chin and shiver like I was terrified. My favorite house to go look at on walks was a house that had a big blow up black cat in the front. The cat would turn his head back and forth. I would ask mommy and daddy to go see "big cat" and then I would imitate how the cat moved his head. I loved the cat during the day on our walks but when it came to going trick or treating I was really scared of the cat. I didn't even go to the door. When we were all done trick or treating we went back to the "New House" and ate some treats. Everytime i got a new treat I would say "I love this one" like each treat was my favorite! Then...someone rang our doorbell to trick or treat at our house. I was so excited so mommy and I answered the door and it was a scary monster! I was so scared I hid behind mommy and tried to shut the door on him. I talked about it for the next hour! "A scary monster at the door" i said over and over. I had so much fun on halloween this year that I went to sleep in my green tights! HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

2 years old!

I am 2 years old!!! I weigh 28.3lbs and I am 34" tall. Both my height and weight are in the 50%. My 2nd birthday party was cancelled due to all of the rain we had! The railroad park was flooded so we are moving it to April! I don't sit in my highchair anymore. I sit at my cars table and I love eating there! I moved into the 2 year old room at school. I love it. My teachers are Ms. Saida, Ms. Jenna, and Ms. Nancy. We have a real playground with slides and tricycles. Sometimes when my mom and dad come to pick me up I don't want to leave, I want to keep going down the slide. I do fun activities at school like wash baby dolls and baby clothes in soapy water. I learned how to count to 10 by writing the numbers with ice in the dirt on the playground. I ride the bikes with my buddy Spencer. We have dress up time everyday; and students from the school for the hearing impaired come over every Friday to teach us sign language. I only drink out of a big boy cup at school and I always pick up my plate and my fork and my cup and then I wipe down my table. I am starting to potty train. When I go to the bathroom in my diaper I ask my mom or dad to put me on the big boy potty. I use the big boy potty at school every 2 hours. I am not going potty in there yet but I like to sit on it for a minute. I say a bunch of things now. I am still hard to understand but I repeat pretty much everything I hear and I will say phrases like "Bye Bye, See you later" or "I don't know", and "uh oh, Oh NO!" I still have my pacifier at naps and at night, my mommy is just now starting to take it away from me. Thank goodness it is not that big of a deal to her, I might be able to milk it for another month or so HEE HEE! There are not many videos posted this month because mommy got a new camera and was recording everything in HD but the videos wont upload. Things are great, I am still to busy to eat but my mommy started sneaking veggie purees into all of my foods so at least what I do eat is good.
